Mary Clare had her first Ruth’s hot dog this weekend, and as you can tell from the photo above, she thoroughly enjoyed it!\u00a0 If you know Hartsville, you know Ruth’s Drive-In, or Doc’s, as most Hartsvillians would say.\u00a0\u00a0 Nothing fancy.\u00a0 Just hot dogs and hamburgers and many familiar faces.\u00a0 It has been around as long as I can remember.\u00a0 As Mel and I sat in the booth snapping photos, several patrons said they remember seeing the two of us at her age eating Doc’s dogs.<\/p>\n
